PROJECT DETAILS

Private residential villa on a Montenegrin coast of a small settlement of Milovici located in the municipality of Tivat in Boka Kotorska Bay. The main idea behind this eclectic villa is based on a specific ground elevation and an appropriate ground plan which leads to a perfect combination of modern form and client's style.

Arhi.pro role: Concept Design; Development of Preliminary and Detailed Architectural, Structural and MEP designs, Author of Interior Design; Design Site Supervision during the construction works.

Status: Building under construction.
