PROJECT DETAILS

Readaptation of the existing building into a residential building used by the Ambassador of UAE in Belgrade.

The new design followed the demands of the clients and the residence's user and was made in accordance with the rules of designing a diplomatic building.

The subject adaptation is designed in such manner in order for the building to be awarded LEED for Homes

Arhi.pro role: Development of Author design; Detailed Architectural, Structural and MEP designs, Author of Interior Design; Construction Services.

Status: Project completed.

Note: Design Awarded with LEED for Homes.
