PROJECT DETAILS

Porto Montenegro is a Mediterranean style tourist - residential development in Tivat with a superyacht marina and a multitude of amenities complementing the residential apartments.
Arhi.pro has been involved in the Project since 2007. as the local consultant for urbanism and architecture, and the lead designer in the development of architectural, structural and MEP designs.

Porto Montenegro Village consists of six luxurious residential buildings - Tara, Ozana, Teuta, Zeta, Milena and Ksenija, each one having an outdoor pool area and a residents-only gym.

Arhi.pro role: Master Plan Consultant; Local Architect and development of ''Reardonsmith Architects'' Concept Architectural Design and ''MHZ'' Concept Interior Design through Schematic, Detailed, Tender and Design for Construction, pursuant to regulatory rules of the Republic of Montenegro; Lead Structural and MEP Engineer through Concept, Schematic, Detailed, Tender and Design for Construction; Permitting design package for obtaining all local authorities approvals; Design Site Supervision during construction works.
