Legal basis for processing represents the consent, that is, consent of the data subject, as well as the execution of legal obligations of the Controller.

4. Personal Data Transfer

Controller is authorized to transfer data to other controllers and/or competent authorities in line with special regulations and when necessary for achieving the purpose of processing.

Collecting personal data through the website shall not be transferred by the Controller abroad or to countries members of the European Council Convention on personal data protection referring to the automatic processing of personal data.

5. Personal Data Security and Period of Keeping

Controller applies secured technical and organizationally safe measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access. We invest our best effort to continuously upgrade our security measures in line with technological development.

Personal data from our records shall be kept permanently and/or in line with the period prescribed by law.

6. Rights of Data Subjects

In addition to the right to recall the previous consent for processing personal data, the data subject is entitled to receive information on data processed, correction of data, erasure, limitation of processing, portability of data and objection, as well as other rights in line with current regulations of the Personal Data Protection.

Legality of processing of personal data prior to recall remains unchanged. Such data may be processed by the Controller further in line with other legal basis, for the purpose of fulfilment of legal obligations of the Controller.
