PROJECT DETAILS

Navigator Business Center is located in the Heart of Belgrade’s Central Business District, where all major new office developments were constructed in the last 10 years.

The building consists of eight floors of quality functional and flexible contemporary office space, 2 underground garage levels and a mixed-use ground floor with landscaped pedestrian passages throughout the building. 

Elegant interior design creates an excellent and inspiring work environment. In order to create a flexible working space, the floor layouts had to be column-free which required a prestressed concrete construction to be designed.

Class A and LEED Gold standards are integrated into office design.

Arhi.pro role: Concept Design; Development of Preliminary and Detailed Architectural, Structural and MEP designs; Author of interior design; Design Site Supervision during the construction works. 

Status: Building operating.
