PROJECT DETAILS

The project scope included reconstruction and adaptation of the existing building protected by The Belgrade City Institute for Protection of Cultural Monuments dating from 1925.

The building is located in a pedestrian zone near the city center and consisted of two floors. Arhi.pro's task was to redesign an office building into a luxury hotel by following the cultural monument conservation rules.

Arhi.pro role: Preliminary and Detailed Architectural, Structural and MEP designs, Author of Interior Design.
