PROJECT DETAILS

Lavender Bay Residences & Club House is an exclusive gated community in the picturesque seaside village of Morinj. The buildings combine elegant Mediterranean architecture with the highest quality natural materials, creating a wonderful setting that blends perfectly into the magical green hillsides.

The complex includes 17 urban lots developed in 2 phases.
The configuration of the terrain has been altered with the goal of providing the complex with a pleasant ambiance and views towards the sea.

Arhi.pro role: Author of design; developer of concept; Preliminary and detailed architectural, structural and MEP design.
